'Everything's wrong with BRTS, but no one to blame'
PUNE: Hundreds of crores have been spent without proper planning and citizens are being 'deceived' for the last six years in the name of the Bus Rapid Transport System (BRTS). There are issues of public money wasted, people being deceived and projects being wrongly implemented-but there are no wrongdoers to put the blame on, and nobody will be questioned or punished, said PMC standing committee chairman Ganesh Bidkar on Saturday.
