General body approves modified parking norms in Pune

The General Body (GB) approved a modified parking plan for the city on Monday.In November 2007, the civic administration proposed norms, which were approved by the GB in April 2008. The PMC then sought suggestions and objections from citizens and held a hearing for the same. Later, the norms were modified by the civic administration based on inputs and placed before the GB for approval.
